Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing or using Tengcheng Technology Co., Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using Tengcheng Technology Co., Ltd. If you do not accept this agreement, you must not access or use our applications.

Intellectual Property

Our services and related content (and any derivative works or enhanced content thereof), including but not limited to all text, illustrations, documents, images, software, scripts, graphics, photographs, information, content, materials, products, services, URLs, technologies, documentation, and interactive features (collectively referred to as "Service Content"), as well as all intellectual property rights associated with them, are owned by us, our licensors, or both. Additionally, all trademarks and trade names that may appear in our services are owned by us or designated third parties. Except for the limited rights granted to you by these Terms of Use, you do not acquire any rights to any Service Content.

Access and Use

Our Service Content is provided for your personal and commercial use. If you use our pre-made logo templates to create a final product, it must be a unique implementation of the Service Content that is significantly different from the original Service Content and requires time, effort, and skill to produce. The original content must be modified in some way to become new content and be sufficiently different so as not to cause confusion.

We may provide some services for free and charge a one-time fee, subscription fee, or offer other services under any other lawful pricing structure. In all cases, our services are not sold to you; instead, you are granted or purchase a limited license to use our services.

Unless explicitly permitted by these Terms of Use, you shall not:

(i) remove, alter, obscure, or distort any copyright, trademark, or other ownership notices contained in or through our services or Service Content;

(ii) circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with our security-related features;

(iii) use automated devices or manual processes to copy or "scrape" Service Content for any purpose;

(iv) collect any personally identifiable information from our services;

(v) attempt to interfere with the normal operation of our services or damage, overload, or disable the services;

(vi) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble our software or any part of our Service Content;

(vii) use network monitoring software to determine the architecture of our services or extract usage data;

(viii) encourage conduct that violates any civil or criminal law, or impersonate other users, individuals, or entities (e.g., by using someone else's access to the services);

(ix) engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying our services.

This application may contain features that allow you to access content available on the internet (e.g., through Google Image Search). By using such features, you acknowledge and agree that such content may be subject to third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright. You are solely responsible for the lawful use of such content, including obtaining any necessary permissions (if any).

As part of the services, you may use certain Service Content (especially stock images) to create derivative works within the application. According to these Terms of Use, you may use such derivative works for your own purposes; however, you acknowledge and agree that the same Service Content will remain available for use by other users of the application and services. Removing any content from stock images or other Service Content requires a clear agreement with us and payment of the relevant licensing fee. However, even if such an agreement is reached and content is removed from the application, it does not prevent users from continuing to use similar derivative works created previously.

Disclaimer

You expressly agree that your use of our services is at your own risk. Our services and Service Content (including software) are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties.

We expressly do not warrant that:

(i) the application or our services will meet your specific requirements;

(ii) the operation of the application or our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;

(iii) the results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable;

(iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained by you through the application or our services will meet your expectations;

(v) any warranties of title, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose; and

(vi) any errors in the application, our services, or Service Content will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from or related to your use of the application, our services, or these Terms of Use (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages). If you are dissatisfied with the application or our services (including but not limited to Service Content), your sole remedy is to cease using the application and our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to block your access to our services at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to your failure to comply with these Terms of Use. You agree that the company shall not be liable to you or any third party for blocking your access to our services. Upon termination, you must immediately delete the application from any devices on which it is installed. All available data within the application or services may be deleted. You are responsible for copying all such data before deletion.

Amendments; Additional Terms

Tengcheng Technology Co., Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement, with such modifications to take effect immediately. Users should regularly visit this page to review the terms and conditions, as they legally determine the conditions under which they may use the services. If you object to any subsequent revisions to the Terms of Use, you must immediately cease using our services.
